ON-PREM · FOR DEFENCE SUPPLY CHAIN
Digital Workers.For defence supply chain.
Private AI for European Tier 1 and Tier 2 manufacturers building for primes, MoDs, and NATO procurement. Sensitive technical data stays in your perimeter.

Defence supply chain faces three barriers to AI.
We address all three by architecture.
Technical data cannot leave the perimeter
BOMs, drawings, RFQ responses, and service documentation often fall under ITAR, EU dual-use export controls (Regulation 2021/821), or prime contractor confidentiality clauses. Public cloud AI is contractually excluded from these workflows.
STANAG and prime documentation standards require traceability
Defence procurement and sustainment workflows require source-grounded answers with full citation traceability. Generic AI tools cannot prove which document or section produced a given answer.
NIS2 supply chain security becomes board-level liability
From April 2026, NIS2 makes supply chain cybersecurity personal liability for management board members of key entities. Defence T1/T2 suppliers serve key entities and inherit those obligations.
CortexMine starts with security. Not with promises.
Architecture designed for environments where defence-supply-chain data cannot leave the organization.
On-prem, on dedicated hardware
The AI engine runs inside your data centre on dedicated hardware under EU jurisdiction. No subscription with a US vendor. Data sovereignty by construction.
Source-grounded answers
Every answer shows the document and page section from technical specifications, BOMs, drawings, manuals, and standards. Audit evidence in a single click.
Humans decide. AI proposes.
The technical or commercial officer reviews and signs. The Digital Worker drafts, retrieves, and explains. Aligned with the AI Act human oversight requirement.
Roles, access, governance
You control who sees which documents. Full audit trail of every question. Security policy implemented in the product, not in a PDF.
Five areas where Digital Workers reduce defence-supply-chain workload.
Defence RFQ Assistant
Drawing-to-offer for MoD and prime procurement responses. From a technical drawing or RFQ packet, the Digital Worker drafts BOM, technical specifications, and commercial response grounded in your product catalogue, historical similar deals, and internal pricing logic. Officer reviews and signs.
Anchor in active build. Architecture proven in regulated environment.
Our first customer is a key entity under NIS2 in the Polish manufacturing sector. Multi-year contract signed. On-premises deployment. Production go-live Q3 2026. The architectural foundation transfers to defence supply chain workflows, with additional certification layers (Common Criteria EAL, EU dual-use export compliance) sequenced through the EUDIS BA programme.
Co-Development with defence supply chain partners.
Ahead of general availability, CortexMine works with a narrow cohort of defence supply chain manufacturers in a KPI-gated Co-Development program. KPIs are agreed in writing before any work starts. Infrastructure runs at CortexMine's cost during the 60 to 90 day Co-Development Phase. The commercial license activates only after the agreed KPIs are met, with a 3-year price lock. No pilot fee, no activation fee. If KPIs aren't met, we part ways amicably and nothing is charged.

KPI-gated. You pay only after the agreed KPIs are met. If KPIs aren't met, we part ways amicably and nothing is charged.
Public launch. August 1, 2026.
After the Co-Development program, CortexMine becomes available to a wider set of defence supply chain manufacturers. Three deployment tiers, based on the number of Digital Workers and the deployment model.

Built for high-trust defence supply chain environments.
CortexMine is built for organizations producing for European defence primes, MoDs, and NATO procurement that cannot afford a simplified approach to AI. We start with industries where regulation, IP sensitivity, and customer contracts rule out public cloud AI.
You're a fit if:
- You produce equipment, components, or services for defence primes, MoDs, or NATO procurement
- Your contracts include ITAR awareness, EU dual-use export, or classified handling
- You have specific document-heavy workflows to solve, not "we want AI"
- You are a current or near-future NIS2 obligated entity
Not for you yet if:
- You are looking for a generic AI trial without a concrete workflow
- Public ChatGPT covers your needs
- You don't yet have a budget decision maker for the project
