We are opening a limited intake for our KPI-gated Co-Development program. It is for manufacturers who want private, on-prem AI running on their own documents, but who refuse to be another pilot that stalls at the demo stage. In return for working closely with us to shape our Digital Workers, you get early access, a direct line to the product team, and real influence over what we build next. Here is the concrete part: what you get, what we ask, and who this fits.
Why we want design partners
A Digital Worker that reads technical drawings, BOMs, or RFQs is only as good as the documents it is tuned on. A generic model trained on the public internet does not know your formats, your shorthand, or what a complete customer inquiry actually looks like. So rather than build in a vacuum, we are picking a few firms to refine the product on real workflows. This is not free consulting in reverse: it is jointly setting up the tool so it works in your plant, not just on a slide.
What a partner gets
- Early access to Digital Workers before they reach the general offering.
- Deployment on your infrastructure, single-tenant, with data that never leaves your environment. The same posture we describe around NIS2 and audit.
- A direct channel to the product team, with no first-line support layer in between. You report what breaks and see it in the next release.
- Influence on the roadmap. Your use cases shape which Digital Workers we build first.
- Founding terms for early partners, agreed individually.
What we ask
- A real, repeatable document workflow you want to take off your team's plate (RFQ triage, drawing-to-quote reading, service documentation handling).
- One person on your side who knows that process and can tell us when an output is good and when it is not.
- Willingness to work on your real documents inside a secure, isolated environment.
- A few hours of attention per cycle, not a full-time role. We set the pace together.
Who this fits
This is for manufacturers who hold sensitive technical documentation they cannot send to public models, who fall under NIS2 or equivalent regulatory pressure, and who have one specific document process that genuinely hurts. If you are looking for a general „chatbot for everything", this is not the program. If you want to take a concrete, grinding document task off your team and keep control of where your data sits, let's talk.
How to apply
Intake is limited, because we work closely with every partner. The simplest start is a short call: you describe the process you want to offload, and we tell you plainly whether a Digital Worker is the right tool or not. No commitment, no 40-slide deck.
